Montana Technological University is committed to providing an environment that emphasizes the dignity and worth of ever member of our community.  Sexual harassment and sexual misconduct (sexual assault, inducing incapacitation for sexual purposes, relationship (dating) violence, 家庭暴力, sexual exploitation and stalking) will not be tolerated.

大学的员工, with the exception of Montana Tech’s counselors, are required to report disclosures of sexual misconduct to the Montana Tech 第九条协调员.  Retaliation for reports are strictly prohibited.
