Montana Tech is committed to providing a safe and equitable environment for students, 教师, 工作人员, 校友, 朋友, 访客及社区. Montana Tech takes very seriously its responsibilities under Title IX, the Clery Act (and its SaVE amendments), the Civil Rights Act and the Violence Against Women Act as they relate to sexual assault, 不正当的性行为, 性骚扰, 歧视, 报复和欺凌.

Montana Tech employees involved in the University’s Title IX Process such as the 第九条协调员, 调查人员, 决策者, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process, receive the training required by Title IX.
